We have an orchard and a nursery near Jacksonville, OR. We are very careful with the sprays that we apply as to salmon and other fish.
In your review of the standards for water quality, we would like that the standards adopt the draft human health criteria for toxics based on the accurate fish consumption rate of 175 grams per day.
Additionally, we would like that the rules limit the variance rule only to standards that are affected by this rulemaking.
Please take into consideration our challenged fish stocks when making your rules.
