To whom it may concern,

As a 100% disabled Viet Nam veteran I am deeply concerned about the

levels of toxic exposure in my environment and the food chain in

particular. I live in rural Oregon where there is an inordinate amount

of evidence suggesting toxics exposure is very high. Please keep us

veterans in mind when making your determination for the draft human

health criteria for toxics. I eat a tremendous amount of fish and far

more than 175 grams average you propose.

Please adopt the draft human health criteria for toxics based on the

reasonably accurate fish consumption rate of 175 grams per day.
