Rules included in this review: 1) water quality toxics criteria for human health to protect the consumption of fish and water based on a new fish consumption rate of 175 grams per day, and 2) provisions related to the implementation of the new criteria in CWA regulatory programs, particularly NPDES permits.
The completion dates above were estimated assuming that from July, 2009 forward there will be 2 standards staff and part time assistance from a permit staff person working on this project.
