Subject: Arsenic Rulemaking Public Comment

Importance: Normal

My only comment to the arsenic rulemaking would be if we know that it is natural occurring wouldn’t it be better served to be studied, tested and bmp’s established in the stormwater or water quality areas rather than pretreatment? The arsenic numbers as published in pretreatment program annual reports are so low that most labs have difficulty detecting the numbers.
