In the last couple days we have identified what rules will be going to the EQC in December, what rules will be going to ODAM for start rulemaking in December and those likely to go to ODAM in February.

What might also be useful for Maggie to be aware of is which rules are going to the SOS Bulletin/public notice in November or December. Could you look at your rules and provide a list of your rules that may be going to SOS by either 11/15 or 12/15.

Maggie – the individual rulewriters and certainly the division rule coordinators understand what is needed and the timing/deadlines for getting the 2 documents (the Notice of Rulemaking, hearings form and the Fiscal Impact Statement) to the SOS. My role as the ARC has simply been to sign and date the Notice of Rulemaking form.
