Definition of fine particulate (PM2.5), currently in Oregon rule, proposed as a revision to the SIP. PM2.5 non-attainment area boundary descriptions for the cities of Klamath Falls and Oakridge. Proposed new Significant Harm Levels for PM2.5. Proposed exemption from the definition of Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) for dimethyl carbonate and propylene carbonate, consistent with federal actions.
