Now that the Legislative Session is nearly over, some of our rule writers will be moving forward with their rules. Dave Nordberg just drafted a rule schedule to proceed with his Transportation Conformity rule. He’s already taken his SRP to ODAM (10/08). He’s scheduled to publish his notice in the bulletin on 9/1/09 and has an EQC date of 12/09.
