Lisa,

Thanks for taking an initial look at this new Air Quality fee. We all know that it is a busy time as the legislature starts to wrap up. DEQ plans to take these fees and the new rule out for public comment in mid-July. Your assistance in getting these fees reviewed and hopefully approved by DAS within that timeframe is really appreciated.
