We have a fairly small “rulemaking team” for this follow-up permanent rulemaking. Besides the two of you and Larry K (who is almost always on some rulemaking team or another) the team consists of Joanie SS, Neil M, Judy J and myself.

This note is to let you know that draft package is coming your way for review before going out for public comment. I am about 3 days behind schedule, but do plan on getting the draft package to you in the next 48 hours. The review should be pretty straight forward. We are amending a few phrases in the temporary rules. The rest of the documents in the package are those required for public notice, and they don’t include any surprises.

I hope you can set aside an hour later this week or early next week to review this package. Next email from me should be the draft package itself.
