You need to use the exterior door facing Oakdale to enter and exit. The doors will be open at 5:30 PM and the custodial people will lock up shortly after 9:30 PM.

You will need to arrive before 5:00 PM to pick up the key from the receptionist and then lock up the building after you are done and leave the key inside.

These are rulemaking public hearings. Reality I expect no one to show up, but would like a space that could accommodate 25-30 people if necessary.

I know that we have DEQ offices in these two locations. Other rulemakings have used conference rooms at these DEQ offices. My preference is to hold hearings in these cities somewhere besides the DEQ office if possible. If we don’t already have info on other possible spaces in Medford and Bend, I don’t want you to spend time researching possible sites. I will just go with the DEQ office.
