This micro tape contains the recordings from all three public hearings held for this rulemaking.

The first hearing held on Aug 17, 2009 at the Jackson County Courthouse Auditorium, in Medford. One person attended this hearing but did not comment orally or written.

The recording consists of the Presiding Officer announcing the intent and of the hearing and hearing regulations. This recording starts on tape marker #035.

The second hearing held on Aug 18, 2009 at the DEQ Eastern Region office in Bend is recorded on this same tape. The same Presiding Officer information was presented briefly. No one attended this hearing. The recording starts on tape marker # 091.

The third hearing held on Aug 19, 2009 at the DEQ HQ office in Portland is recorded on this same tape. The same Presiding Officer information was presented briefly. No one attended this hearing. The recording starts on tape marker # 142.
