Edits resulting from concurrence review:

Only edits provided during concurrence review were those submitted by Dave Belyea. These were all corrections: 1 in the staff report, 2 in Presiding Officer Report, and 1 in the Summary of comments.

J. Johndohl did provide DEQ’s response (in summary of the comments) to Milo Meacham’s (City of Coburg) comments at 8/21/09 EQC meeting in Newport. Milo spoke during the Public Forum portion of the meeting. The public comment period for this rulemaking closed on 8/24. Judy’s edits were also incorporated into the packet submitted to the DA.

These changes were made in the EQC Packet submitted to the DA for review on 9/10.
