You are receiving this email because you recently commented on DEQ’s proposed permanent rules regarding the use of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funding through the Clean Water State Revolving Fund. The public comment period for this rulemaking closed on August 24, 2009. The Environmental Quality Commission is scheduled to address this rulemaking at its October 22, 2009 meeting being held at the Oregon Institute of Technology, Klamath Falls, Oregon.

Attached is a copy of the EQC staff Report. Attachment B of the report describes the comments received regarding this rulemaking and DEQ’s response to those comments.
