Subject: SRF Permanent Stimulus rulemaking

You will recall the EQC adopted a temporary rule in April allowing us to include ARRA funding into the mix of CWSRF. That temporary rule expires this week. Thanks to Judy making the drive to the EQC meeting in Klamath Falls last Thursday, a permanent rule was adopted allowing us to continue to administer ARRA funds within the CWSRF program.

That permanent rule was submitted to the SOS yesterday, and I expect it will become effective today or tomorrow.

Nice to have ARRA rulemakings behind us. Thanks for your help.
