Subject: EQC meeting

At the EQC meeting in Newport today the Commission denied the City of Coburg's 
petition (to amend the ARRA temp rules) and also approved the temporary rules 
for the 2010 Special Reserve. Information on both these items is on the web.
After EPA awards the rest of SFY 09 grant, we will put the SFY 010 IUP out on 
public notice. 
Please contact Rick if you have any questions as I am out of the office until 
Aug. 27.
