Can you confirm that your office received a Certificate for a permanent

rulemaking this week from DEQ?

DEQ submitted a Certificate and associated documents for our Regional

Haze rulemaking that revised OAR 340, Divisions 200, 223 and 228. If

your office has received that submittal, would you confirm the day it

became effective?
