Hi Jane,

Just confirming what I think you were indicating at the EMT meeting this morning. 

1)     The OCE rule will not be going to ‘starting rulemaking proposal” at the Dec 12 EMT, but will be going to the EMT for SRP on February 13, 2007.

2)     Your rule schedule still has your rule going out for public comment about May 1, 2007

3)     Your schedule has the rule being adopted at the 10/8/07 EQC meeting.

 

 

All these dates are just best estimates at this time.  What is really important is knowing whether it will go to SRP at the EMT on 12/12 or 2/13.
