Can you put this info into your planning for the Feb 21-22, 2008 EQC meeting.

1) Div 11, "Disclosure of rule relationship to Federal Requirements" rulemaking. This rulemaking will be coming to the Feb EQC meeting.

2) The Div 11 rulemaking has to be adopted and then filed with the SOS by 2/22, so if there is any way to put this rulemaking on the agenda for 2/21 -that would be appreciated.

You may have had this rulemaking on the agenda for the Dec 13-14, 2007 EQC meeting. If so, please remove from the December agenda.
