My informal rulemaking partners

Just a heads up that the "Div 11 - SB107 / Disclosure of Proposed Rules to Federal Requirements" rulemaking package will be coming to you for draft review by the end of next week (12/21/07). Think of it as a holiday gift. I will need your responses by noon on 12/25 (just kidding). By 1/3/08 if not sooner.

The rulemaking only received one comment while out for public comment. It is scheduled to go to the Director's Office by 1/14.

I realize many of us are out for holiday, but I think we should be able to fit in two rounds of review by the second week in January when Andy G needs to see the final package.
