Conversation with Neil, concurrence review of SRF rulemaking package.

Follow up:

*Get Neil and Judy a copy of the 5-6 questions that Dan Steinborn had today of our 12/13/07 version of the SERP.

*Edit of staff report. Include numbers from page 2 of the FIS ($8,000 to 10,000) increase in ER costs for communities due to this more comprehensive ER process.

*Dry runs are scheduled. We will stay with that schedule.

*Develop a cheat sheet for the EQC presentation: Identify 5-7 obvious questions that EQC would ask. Develop answers in response to those questions being asked by EQC (i.e., explanation of how DEQ ignored cc for 7 years, why is it necessary to reference a particular dated Procedures Manual in the rules? Why couldn’t the rules simply reference the current Procedures Manual (because that leads to confusion among public?), other questions we thing EQC are likely to ask.

* Get Neil some idea of who is normally the spokesperson at WQ agenda items at EQC (Administrator, Manager or staff person) Trying to figure out who will be presenting what on this rulemaking.
