Rule summary was never sent to SOS. By the time I was ready to send it, SOS had already input the information into their Bulletin (we submitted the doc on 7/11).

Colleen manually entered both the rules adopted, amended and repealed – a lot with this rulemaking. She also entered the rule summary by hand, so we will have to make sure the rules and rule summary in the Bulletin are accurate.
