The Department of Environmental Quality presents a rulemaking proposal. This rulemaking is to ensure that air pollution reductions required under new and amended federal air quality regulations take place in Oregon; and in some cases require additional reduction measures to further protect public health. The objective of this rulemaking will be accomplished when the reduction measures are in place and affected sources demonstrate compliance.
