The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality is proposing rule amendments to implement Senate Bill 235, which gave DEQ and the Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) authority to implement federal air quality standards for agricultural operations, and aligns state law with the federal Clean Air Act. The bill provided DEQ and ODA authority to implement federal air quality standards for agricultural operations in Oregon.
