Identification of rules, programs, actions affecting land use. 2. Procedures for assuring statewide goal consistency and acknowledged plan compatibility. 3. Cooperation with and technical assistance to local governments. 4. Coordination with federal and state agencies and special districts. The rules contain procedures the Department of Environmental Quality (Department) will employ in carrying out its rules, programs and actions that affect land use which may require city, county and agency participation and cooperation. The procedures also require that specific information be provided to the Department by any party applying for permits or related Department approvals or actions.
